Who are Ebac Industrial Products Inc.

Ebac Industrial products have over 45 years of experience in the design and manufacture of industrial dehumidifiers. All Products are designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom and sold throughout the world. In 1978 Ebac Industrial Products Inc. opened their first sales and support office on the East Coast, and in 2015, a similar facility was opened on the West Coast. These two facilities stock 90% of the 40+ product lines, thereby ensuring equipment can reach customers generally, within two days of ordering. Most products are available as stock items with exceptions being the large range of adsorption (desiccant) dehumidifiers (DD3000 – DD12000) which are generally customer specific, and therefore made to order. Typical lead-times for these products are 8-10 weeks.

The age of online selling presents new challenges for Manufactures Representatives, nobody wants to exert the effort into sizing and specifying product, only to lose the sale to an online retailer. EIPI recognizes this issue, and follow strict equipment pricing guidelines ensuring manufactures representatives remain in a competitive position.

Aftersales support is key to all business and we believe our sales/post-sales support to include training, marketing materials, etc. to be first class. Additionally, we will conduct ongoing marketing and lead generation in your allocated territory.

Targets and Rewards

EIPI believe in rewarding performance and achievements with incentives for a job well done. Sales targets will be agreed with suitable matching rewards.

Quarterly Reviews: Knowing your sales to-date is important, therefore quarterly reviews will take place to convey progress towards any agreed goals/targets.
